Depot / Freight Room Policies
Facility Rental Rules:
- All exits must be unobstructed and easily accessible.
- The use of tacks, staples, nails, or tape (other than masking ) are NOT PERMITTED.
- Smoking in facility and on the deck is STRONGLY PROHIBITED.
- The use of lit candles or and open flame are NOT PERMITTED.
Deposit Fees:amount of deposit is determined by rental group classification.
Terms of Deposit Refund:
- Freight Room, kitchen, deck and restrooms must be left in the exact same condition in which found.
- Floors must be swept and kitchen floor is to be mopped.
- All trash needs to be taken to the dumpster and new trash can liner must be placed.
- Tables and chairs need to be wiped down and stacked in their designated places.
- All lights and thermostats must be turned off.
Deposit will not be refunded if any of the above requirements are not met. If facility or any property is damaged, the renter is required to pay the Chamber for any necessary repairs.

| All hourly fees include one free hour for set-up and clean-up. |
Insurance Policy:
A $1,000,000 PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE is required to be presented covering the facility for the date of the event, naming Lemoore Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured.
You may receive this coverage through a personal home owners or renters insurance program.
Alcoholic Beverages:
- NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT ANY CHILD/YOUTH BASED EVENT.
- The use of alcoholic beverages must be requested and approved by the Lemoore Chamber of Commerce CEO before application process is completed.
- At the discretion of the Chamber CEO, security personnel may be required (at the expense of the rentee) at the functions where alcoholic beverages are served.
- Groups or individuals desiring to sell alcoholic beverages must obtain and show proof of a one-day liquor license from: Alcoholic Beverage Control, 3640 East Ashlan, Fresno, CA 93276
